After your purchase
Keep your PayPal receipt, then open your student account. Use the same email as your PayPal checkout and enter the code sent to your inbox. A verified completed payment unlocks your package; payment notifications may take a few minutes. Refresh purchases if access is not visible yet.
Pending, refunded or reversed payments do not provide active access. Returning from PayPal alone never unlocks lessons. If your checkout email differs from your student email, contact accounts@veltiqllc.com for help.
Starter passed a genuine payment-to-access test. Complete and Business Builder passed no-charge checkout and enrollment checks; genuine payment tests were not run for those packages.
