Package terms · Effective October 14, 2026. PayPal checkout charges real money. Review your package and these terms before purchasing.
Starter — $27 USD, one-time
Modules 1–4: 12 written lessons, 4 narrated follow-along videos with English captions and transcripts, 4 module worksheets and self-review checks.
Complete — $97 USD, one-time
All 16 modules: 48 written lessons, 16 narrated follow-along videos with English captions and transcripts, 16 module worksheets and final-project self-review.
Business Builder — $297 USD, one-time
Everything in Complete plus 12 reusable digital implementation templates: scope brief, 30-day roadmap, ownership/approval matrix, approved-source register, permission inventory, prompt change log, execution evidence register, failure/retry playbook, pilot/rollback gate, measurement sheet, weekly review and maintenance handoff.
This is a digital toolkit. Personal coaching, consulting, managed implementation and done-for-you automation are not included.
Course access: 12 months
Each purchase provides 12 calendar months of hosted access from its purchase date. Sign in with the email used at PayPal checkout. Your account shows the access end date for current purchases. There is no automatic renewal or subscription charge.
A confirmed completed payment is required; pending payments and visiting a return page do not grant access. Hosted access ends when the term expires or a payment is refunded or reversed. Downloaded resources may be kept for your own learning and internal business use; they may not be resold, redistributed or used to share account access.
14-day refund window
Request a full refund of the course price by emailing accounts@veltiqllc.com within 14 calendar days after purchase. Include your package, purchase date, checkout email and PayPal transaction reference. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or full payment-card details.
Approved refunds are returned through the original PayPal payment. PayPal and the original funding provider determine when the funds appear. Course access is revoked after a refund. For duplicate charges, access failures or billing errors, contact us even if the 14-day window has passed. This policy does not limit rights required by applicable law.
Email support included in every package
Email accounts@veltiqllc.com for sign-in, purchase matching, course access or download problems. Include your checkout email, package and a brief description of the issue. Support covers access to the purchased course; it does not include personal business advice, coaching or implementation services. No guaranteed response-time commitment is included.
Learning format
Videos use the owner-approved American male AI narration and fictional worksheet examples. Lessons, exercises and knowledge checks are self-paced and self-reviewed. Completion does not issue an instructor assessment, professional certification or a guarantee of business results. Human approval remains necessary before business actions such as sending messages, spending or changing records.

Optional visit and promotion measurement
VeltiqOne LLC measures Academy visits and checkout clicks only after you choose Allow measurement. Declining does not affect payments, student sign-in or course access. We honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Change your choice at the bottom of the storefront or checkout page.
When enabled, a temporary session identifier and approved campaign labels are sent to our internal system, hosted by Netlify and Supabase. We do not send full page URLs, referrer paths or lesson activity to this analytics service. Campaign links should contain promotion labels, never names, email addresses or other personal information.
At checkout you may optionally provide the email you will use at PayPal to associate a verified purchase with the latest matching checkout click within seven days. This is an estimated association, not a campaign identifier supplied by PayPal. The analytics record stores a protected matching code, not the email itself. The email is transmitted securely for that conversion; hosting services may process requests under their own security and retention practices. It is not used to subscribe you to marketing.
Analytics events and matching codes are deleted after 90 days by a daily retention task. Your browser remembers your measurement choice until you change it or clear site storage; visit details expire after 30 minutes of inactivity and when the tab session ends.
